Responsibilities

• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the requested departments;
• Recording the documents that leave or enter the company
• Handling the correspondence and keeping in touch with the post/courier
• Taking over the visitators and taking care of the protocol
• Handle incoming and outgoing e-mails from clients;
• Deal with complaints and solve problems in a professional manner;
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, scheduling and preparing meeting rooms;
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks;
• Provide excellent customer service;
