What you’ll do

• Verification of invoices received/issued; tracking treasury advances, making payments, Customers, Suppliers;
• Daily administration of expenses and processes related to employee statements in the Concur application;
• Collecting the original documents from employees after traveling;
• Checking debits in Concur and communicating the payment amount to the employee;
• Ensure timely analysis of reports extracted from Cognos;
• Ensures the correct registration of invoices regarding general administration expenses received from service providers, invoices received from subcontractors;
• Check the supporting documents for the accounting records and request if they are missing or incomplete;
• Check the TVA status for suppliers (VIES, subject of TVA) on the ANAF website;
• Ensures the correct allocation of the PO (purchase order) related to invoices from subcontractors based on the timesheets sent by the Controlling Department;
• Sends the invoices with PO to the controlling Department for approval and verification;
• Ensures the correct allocation of cost centers based on the approval by the Controlling Department;
• Maintains the database of internal and external suppliers and customers in SAP (master data), with the exception of intecompany customers and suppliers;
• Reconciliation of balances for suppliers and completion of confirmation letters;
• Printing, filing and chronological archiving of accounting documents;
• Scans and archives on the server all invoices received from suppliers;
• Check, scan and archive contracts from internal and external suppliers;
• Use of SAP templates for recording monthly invoices received from suppliers;
• Prepares the analysis of accounting accounts after registering the invoices (budget vs. actuals).
• Clarifies the amounts collected and not allocated correctly on the invoices;
