• Maintain communication with the bank

Responsibilities

• generate invoices from the system and send them to ANAF
• download all invoices from SPV and store them on the server
• process incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts
• reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that are payments are accounted and properly posted
• customer credit management
• perform all payments necessary -automatic and manual
• perform cash flow forecast weekly and monthly and ensure the availability of cash
• foreign currency exchange -we use an online platform where this exchanges can be done
• maintain the data base of IC loan and perform monthly the reevaluation
• maintain communication with the bank-open new accounts if needed
• perform other tasks that comes from the team leader of the department or the CFO
