JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and be eager to grow their career in a supportive and learning-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• good command of MS Office package: Excel (High level), Outlook (High level), Word (Intermediate level)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent English knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Assist with payroll calculations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Producing various reports requested by manager and team leader
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings
• Conduct research and analysis as needed to support financial decisions
• Any other task required by the role
