Account Payables:
​ - expenses note management (80% of working time):
- creating vendor employee master data;
- receiving and checking expenses reports;
- posting expenses reports;
- verifying credit card statements;
- clearing vendor employee and verifying open items;
- verifying and communicating the amount to be refunded;
- introducing and updating data, both on physical archive and on server.

Office management and support other departments (20% of working time):
- supporting Finance department in managing insurances with local broker and bank operations;
- supporting Logistic department in monitoring mandatory deadline/maintenance for vehicles;
- filing transport documents;
- managing reports to assignment low value assets and waste;
- supporting Safety department in planning trainings and medical tests;
- supporting IT department in buying new phones/PCs, setting up agreement with local provider
