Cerinte

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or information technology

- Fluent in English and German

- Ability to work in a team

- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and data analysis skills, are necessary to check, understand, and interpret log file messages on the actions taken by the scheduling algorithm

-The ability to work to deadlines, understanding the value and importance of milestone achievement

- Knowledge of workshop facilitation, presentation, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsabilitati

- Support the local management to ramp-up of Application Management Support at Arcwide in Central Europe

- Support the establishment of efficient workflows and procedures for managing application management support in Central Europe

- Resolve incidents related to the functional operational IFS Cloud streams( for example: Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Projects etc) of competence in the requested time horizon

- Train and acquire IFS Certification for at least one functional stream and further as a road map goal to increase this number with further streams to enlarge the competence and skills for multiple streams

- Support team members and provide high-quality resolution for incidents, upgrades, and ongoing support to our customers

- Provide training to customer staff and/or other IFS consultants and create training materials and step-by-step guides as support for internal/external training

- Remain knowledgeable on supported versions of the AMS software/IFS Cloud tool. Maintain a degree of knowledge of methods and requirements for interfacing with external applications.

- Work closely with other IFS consultants to ensure complete solutions are provided to customers
