We are looking for students (Bachelor’s degree 2nd-3rd year or Master’s degree) or fresh graduates who fulfill the following requirements:



• Studied Economics or a related field, but any other university can be accepted

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

• English at an intermediate level or above; German knowledge is a big plus

• Natural curiosity and an interest in the world of business and finance

• A genuine desire to learn and grow professionally

• Proactive and enjoys working in a team to achieve a common goal

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Passionate about technology and able to master new tools quickly

Responsabilitati

In your future role as Junior DDC Assistant, you will become an integral part of our Digital Delivery Center (DDC), developing good professional relationships with other Grant Thornton teams both in Romania and abroad. You will own the work assigned to you through the ticketing platform and will apply knowledge gained through training and on-the-job experience.



Your main responsibilities will include:



• Supporting the audit teams by performing specific audit procedures as part of the delivery of high-quality audits of financial statements

• Pre-processing of information (financial data, accounting records, financial statements, etc.) necessary for each audit phase

• Preparing audit documentation in line with company guidelines and instructions from the audit teams

• Offering support to other Grant Thornton departments, according to their need and your availability

• Leveraging available technology solutions with the goal of increasing your efficiency

• Building good professional relationships with the auditors as well as your DDC colleagues and other Grant Thornton departments



You will also have the chance to participate in the development and testing of automated solutions or in other projects within the firm, in line with your interests and career plans.
