Responsibilities



1. Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify and select suppliers for electronic components and materials required in PCBA manufacturing.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality standards.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a strong supplier network.

2. Order Management

• Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival of materials.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid material shortages or overstocking.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to manage material flow effectively.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting

• Analyze market trends and pricing to support budget management and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Prepare and manage purchasing budgets and provide regular reports on procurement activities.

4. Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.

• Conduct supplier audits and assess compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

• Resolve any supply issues, such as delays, quality concerns, or invoice discrepancies.

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with the Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to understand material requirements.

• Support new product introduction (NPI) processes by sourcing new components and coordinating samples.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, such as RoHS and REACH.



Responsabilitati


Requirements



• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the electronics or PCBA industry.

• Familiarity with electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs) and PCBA processes.

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
