- Has the knowledge to communicate the company's products and services to customers.
- Processes and manages customers complaints.
- Collects and analyses customer feedback.
- Checks daily shipments in a pro-active way (uses the internal applications to check/update order status);
- Checks and approves the administrative requests (costs for waiting on client, costs for non-performance, etc.);
- Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with existing customers and customers contracted through the freight exchange.
- Processes orders according to procedures (inserts order dates, loading/unloading locations, transport price, respective procedures etc. in the internal application. )
- Follows up and is always up to date with the driver’s route;
- Reports operational problems occurring on the route in a timely manner according to procedures (delays, technical problems, trailer exchange, etc.);
- Intervines and proposes solutions to avoid operational problems (delays, line stops, etc);
- Respects the procedures or procedure changes sent by direct supervisor or manager;
- Respects NCR procedures (creates, updates, checks, closes, based on NCR process flow);
- Gives correct, complete and necessary informations towards the colleagues at each shift change;
- Respects the internal procedures and the law;
- Creates and maintains a professional relationship with the colleagues (respects the procedures, don’t create conflicts);
- Updates in due time all necessary informations in all applications that he works with;
- Answers accurately in due time to all requests that are related to transport activity;
