As a Junior Cloud Engineer:

You can work on a 24/7 hour shift pattern and you will work closely with your teammates to work through our group’s queue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage client cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshooting customer’s infrastructure issues based on incoming alerts and follow runbook instructions
• Engage in supporting other team members when required
• Joining major incident calls and keeping timelines
• Updating major incidents according to SLA’s
