Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills. English language at minimum conversational level mandatory. German represents an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ability to analyze date and work with databases.
• High attention to details.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international team.
• Ability to raise the hand in case of problems or blockages in daily work without delays.
• A keen interest in purchasing, supply chain, procurement/logistics or economics/finances.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commodity Buyer to join our purchasing team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in purchasing and supply chain management. Prior experience in procurement is not required, it can be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in sourcing process of direct materials and components in line with company requirements.
• Create Requests for Quotation and Sourcing Decisions according to work instructions.
• Prepare Standard Purchasing Contracts and exchange them with suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Support in preparation of supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers or cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. Process invoice deviation workflows.
