Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Monitor & record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
• Prepares, reviews and controls accounting journals
• Ensure all journal entries comply with internal and external audit specifications
• Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Interact extensively with customers and other employees to investigate and resolve issues
• May undertake limited, banking and treasury operations
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring sufficient and quality back-ups
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Performing month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare periodically reports requested by local regulations (e.g. Statistics and other regulatory reporting)
• Produces routine reports, schedules, and summaries for management
