As a Junior Data Operations Developer, you will create insightful and interactive dashboards to support business analysis, internal reporting, and decision-making. Leveraging existing data sources and occasionally developing customized ones, you will collaborate with various business functions to deliver optimal insights. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Designing and implementing processes, metrics and tools for business outcomes and assisting in defining appropriate touch points (i.e., human-led and digital).
* Building key reporting for teams, partnering with all required internal stakeholders to provide reporting on meaningful metrics and business results (i.e., forecasts, utilization).
* Finding opportunities for workflows/processes automation and optimization, focusing on scalability. 
* Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security, and implementing procedures that keep company data and information secure as it is collected, analyzed, and stored.
* Working with multi-functional teams to research, develop, and deliver Business Intelligence solutions, from concept to craft and implementation.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* University degree or equivalent experience. 
* Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) knowledge.
* Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Knowledge of DAX formulas, SQL querying, and Office 365 would be considered a plus.
* Presentation and written communication skills
* Programming skills are a plus.
