INVICT Engineering is seeking a Junior Design Engineer to join our telecommunications design team in Romania. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on multidisciplinary engineering tasks and contribute to high-profile international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical designs for various telecom site types (Greenfield, Rooftop, Street Works).
• Implement design standards set by both the client and the company.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Conduct site visits as needed to support design and project requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to manage priorities and work within tight deadlines.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and professional approach to problem-solving.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• French language skills are a plus.
