Requirements

Requirements:

- Expertise in Cloud Orchestration and Automation

- Knowledge of programming languages and automation as Code

- Knowledge in common Linux distribution and Windows Server versions 2016/2019/2022.

- Knowledge of Network, Switching, VPN and Firewall configuration in Azure

- Fluent English

- German is an advantage

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:



• Assisting of resolving incidents, by following established processes and documented work steps.

• Create technical documents, and document processes, user/how to guides.

• Uses relevant information to assist colleagues for timely diagnosis and enable workarounds and solutions to keep the service running at the agreed service levels.

• Understand customer expectations / service level agreements.

• Support colleagues creating and managing vendor support cases (i.e. Citrix).
