Role overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Excel (XLS), proficiency in the English language, and a solid foundation in basic financial concepts. This role will support various financial operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.

What will I be doing?

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support the finance team in daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders in English.
• Assist with the preparation of financial documents for audits and compliance purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
