Profile:



-Previous experience in HR administration and back-office activities would be an advantage

-Advanced German and English

-SAP HR knowledge would be a plus

-Great organizational and planning skills

-Customer-oriented and a proactive mindset

-MS Office skills.


Responsabilitati


Role:



-Build and maintain strong relationships with our in-country partners

-Support in operational tasks in day-to-day business and assist with administrative HR topics

-Creation of the employment contract

-Change of employment contracts (e.g. work time)

-Creation of certificates (e.g. employment certificates, end of probation period, termination certificate, etc.)

-Maintaining employee records, and updating SAP HR Data
