Job responsibility:

1 Operation of social media like: linkedin, facebook, google map.etc with news, video, pictures, text push.etc

2 Mobilise colleagues to promote our company in social media

3 "Brand promotion activities: 

Best employer and best enterprise culture company selection by government, job fair, city hall.etc

Factory open day activity"

4 Manage and oprimize public opinion and comments on our company

5 Establish and operate New Media Studio and team

6 "Cultural activities: 

chinese/romanian festival, cross-culture training,company association activity,Thematic awareness-raising activities,internal event activities"

7 Probationary, regular, and exit interviews, make report, analysis the issues and make improvement

8 Listen to employee voice from daily, employee representative meetings, suggestion box. Etc,help to solve the issue

9 Do desciplinary investigation and support on the procedure

10 Training: Annual training tracking and documentation, induction training other training activity collaboration

11 Office supplies statistics, management

12 Chinese colleagues management: permits/visa application and file management

13 OA processing: invoice , contract, advance,reimbursement etc

14 Medical check arrangement and supporting

Requirement:

1. Proficient in English, can read and understand Chinese language

2. Having interest in HR works and different cultures

3. Fast learning and dedicated

4. Good sence of teamwork
