What you’ll have to do:

• Drafting, printing, scanning, organising and archiving documents and managing databases/ reports.
• Drafting power of attorneys.
• Drafting and / or reviewing corporate approvals (i.e. resolutions of the general meetings of the shareholders, resolutions of the board of directors) and other corporate documents (i.e. statements, ultimate beneficiary owner statements and others) for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Preparing the files for the registration with the competent Trade Registry of various corporate changes of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Ensuring the registration with the Trade Registry of the corporate changes of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Ensures timely compliance of the company and its subsidiaries with the legal obligations applicable from a corporate perspective.
• Keeps up to date with the most recent changes in the corporate related legislation.
• Updates the signature matrix applicable at the level of the company and provides assistance on identifying the relevant signatories, if needed .
• Issues legal opinions regarding corporate legal matters.
