What does the role involve?

Front Desk & Office Management

  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and friendly reception experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Full-time presence in the office

Event Organization

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Support in organizing company meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.

Business Travel & Internal Meetings

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and visitors.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for internal meetings, ensuring smooth execution.

Document & Contract Management

  • Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with contract management, ensuring proper filing and tracking
