What you’ll have to do:

​✅ Support Buyers in everyday tasks;
​✅ Contract management: corresponding with suppliers, getting appropriate signatures, filling of contracts, monitoring of contracting stages;
​✅ Prepare and format tools (evaluation tools/ performance tools);
​✅ Organize shipments in coordination with the logistics team;
​✅ Insert and maintain data in the ERP system;
​✅ Check and follow-up with suppliers’ deviations for goods, stock updates and shipments;
​✅ Plan selling campaigns together with the Operational Planner;
​✅ Follow all the campaigns from the planning assigned to the buyer;
​✅ Pricing;
​✅ Prepare selling reports, analyze commercial data and develop strategies with the Buyer
