-1-year previous professional experience in a recruiter role is an advantage

-Advanced German and English

-MS Office proficiency

-Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilitati

Role:



-You will screen applicants for external job ads

-You will obtain approval from the management and the works council and drive this process forward

-You will upload CVs and other mandatory documents in our Applicant-Tracking-System

-You will send feedback messages to non-eligible candidates and update their status in our Applicant-Tracking-System

-You will support with projects in our German Recruiting and Employer Branding Team
