We constantly improve our processes & formulations contributing to our Consumer satisfaction and Danone business.We use our scientific and technologic expertise in the best interest of the consumers and patients.R&I is open to a wide range profiles, scientists, technical specialists and project managers, always connected with business challenges.Would you like to develop your R&I skills by supporting people who bring health through food for current and future generations?We are looking for an R&I Specialist who can join our CEE R&I family and share our consumer centric mindset and passion for innovation and renovation.Role:In this role you will have the opportunity to be exposed to:design product features of Danone products based on competitors monitoring / regularly monitor & update our competitive landscapework part of the time in the laboratory, preparing mock-ups, performing physico-chemical analysis for R&I trials (analyze and summarize data and suggest conclusions and learnings in test reports and share with full project team representing R&I department),close cooperation with other departments in local/global projects (Marketing, Quality, IPRO, Industrial teams)planning and organization of product tasting locally and on-line and evaluation & conclusion on the resultsprepare and distribute products for tasting in CEE and other geographiesengage other departments and countries to join a common product experience brief relevant on EU scale About You Your profile:You are a graduate with a Chemical / Biological/Food Engineering background (or studies in progress)You are a fast learner, team player and willing to understand and improve processesYou have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, passion for accuracyYou like details as well as have the ability to see the big pictureYou are familiar with MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word, Forms)Excellent communication skills in EnglishYou should be able to work independently, with good prioritization and project management skillsYou are a proactive and enthusiastic team player and consumer oriented, willing to work in a dynamic and complex international environment being part of an international team.
