Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment in our office from Bucharest Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments, hiring managers and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies. Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities. Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Google Meet) with candidates to assess candidates' skills, experience and fit for the organization. Successfully source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process. Support the HR admin team to complete appropriate paperwork (employment application, background check release form, etc.) and comply with standard hiring procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or similar field 1+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment as part of an international company.
