You will manage and coordinate incoming IT support tickets. The primary responsibility is to ensure that tickets are correctly assigned and resolved on time, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.


What you will do


  • Accept and log incoming support tickets
  • Assign tickets to the team based on the issue
  • Inform customers that their request has been received and is being processed
  • Monitor ticket progress and follow up with the development team in case of delays
  • Working Hours: Two shifts of 8 hours – 7:00-15:00 and 13:00-21:00, Monday to Friday


What you need to own


Must-have:

  • Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written)

Nice to have (in order of preference):

  • Spanish language skills
  • German language skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL

Soft-skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude for understanding the client’s demands
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good analytical skills and results-oriented thinking
  • Team spirit with a proactive attitude
