Responsibilities:
- Promoting the image of the company to customers through his/her activity and attitude/behavior;
- Visiting all customers on his/her route according to the internal procedure agreed upon at the company level;
- Achieving monthly the objectives set by the direct manager or other objectives, aligned with the channel strategy support plan;
- Coordinating all activities at the store level, to ensure the permanent availability of all products listed on the shelf;
- Influencing orders, checking and ensuring the existence of stocks in sufficient quantity;
- Monitoring and reporting all competitor activities in stores;
- Proactively looking for opportunities in the store that can contribute to the development of the company, the category, and the image of the company and taking immediate action after obtaining approval from the Head of Key Accounts and the representative of the store;
- Coordinating and training external merchandising staff in assigned stores;
- Ensuring the implementation according to internal standards and on time of promotions in stores;
- Checking the compliance of the contractual parties in the store and takes the necessary measures to correct the deficiencies;
- Maintaining and developing a very good professional relationship with the decision-makers in the stores (district heads, department heads, store managers) and with partner agencies - merchandising;
- Ensuring that all fixed assets are placed and used for the sale and promotion of the company's products in accordance with applicable policies and procedures and contractual terms;
- Identifying and scanning scannable fixed assets from locations in the allocated channel, on each visit;
- Managing the allocated budget efficiently and according to the allocation procedure.
