Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Lead sales of industrial insulation products and materials, with a particular focus on the marine industry. Manage and expand existing client relationships in Romania and develop new ones.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and sales channels. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Development: Foster and build strong relationships with all business stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our headquarters in Poland, reporting in a matrix structure to both the Chief Commercial Officer and Marine Business Director. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales and operational goals.
