Requirements



• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry.



• Understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, SMT, THT, and electronic components.

• Ability to discuss technical specifications with customers and engineers.

• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Project Management: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

• Software Proficiency: CRM systems, ERP tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

• Travel: Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, and factory meetings.

Responsibilities



• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers in the PCBA industry.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Regularly communicate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.

• Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the customer portfolio.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.

• Drive growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

• Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand PCBA manufacturing capabilities.

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring optimal product and service solutions.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in PCBA manufacturing.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor and manage customer demand forecasts to align with production planning.

• Address and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or production schedules.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales performance, and account activity.

• Provide regular reports on market conditions, customer needs, and revenue forecasts.

• Support the development of long-term business strategies for key accounts.
