Your mission:
As the new KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will drive growth from the key account clients to achieve sales and financial targets, through development of existing and new business.
Lead and coordinate negotiations with key partners in Romania (Dedeman, Leroy Merlin, Hornbach, Mömax, etc.)
Trade term responsibility: set goals and negotiate terms for key DIY stores and multi-channel accounts in the Romanian market – and be accountable for the results they deliver.
Learn the customer needs, identify, and develop new sales strategies.
Implement and maintain in-store tactics, promotion, and marketing activities.
Deliver accurate forecasts to optimize market share gain and achieve our ambitious growth objectives.
Create full market analysis and market awareness.
Visit stores to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate effectively with Managing Director, Sales Representatives, and other functions (in the Romanian sales office and at the HQ in Győr/Hungary), to achieve targets and improve customer service.
