Candidatul ideal

• Bachelor degree (preferably in economics)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Purchasing (preferably with a Team leader role)
• Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus.
• Good SAP (including MRP) knowledge
• Very good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ensuring the supply of the necessary materials, on time and at optimal costs for the factories in the group
• Operational activities related to the procurement process, Contracting internal and external suppliers, Orders to suppliers
• Coordination and development of employees;
• Implementation and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs
• Management of technical modifications of purchased products from mass production
• Involvement in the escalation process
• You will contribute to global targets of lead times, prices and quality of products in the series phase.
• Annual negotiation with suppliers under responsibility
• Duties regarding the realization of on-the-job training;
• Evaluation of professional performance;
• Promoting the continuous improvement process;
• Meeting the requirements of the management system;
• Fulfillment of duties in relation to the responsibilities of workers' representative in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Duties and responsibilities related to occupational safety and health;
• Duties and responsibilities concerning fire defense;
• Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes he/she coordinates, in accordance with the requirements of the integrated Quality-Environment management system, in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
