Descriere:
- Implements LEAN principles in STRABAG processes, including in the bidding and execution phases
- Maintains contact with the central LEAN team
- Promotes a culture of continuous process improvement
- Develops process improvement solutions and implements them
- Utilizes and promotes the use of specific LEAN technology software applications
- Informs managers about the latest/most modern ideas and concepts related to this technology
- Promotes and supports innovative thinking
- Creates execution charts for ongoing projects
- Monitors the execution of works according to the execution chart, as well as the labor force schedule for the following week
- Updates the chart together with the Site Manager/Project Manager and identifies opportunities for process improvement
- Participates in operational closings for subordinate construction sites.
