Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in instructional design and/or learning and development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is an advantage
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

INTERBRANDS ORBICO is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources department. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees.
You will work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for delivering training sessions and workshops, as well as creating training materials and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop programs that meet those needs
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organization
- Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to employees
- Provide coaching and support to employees who need additional help with their training
- Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to develop specialized training programs as needed
