? Manage and grow a portfolio of tenants within CTP’s logistics and industrial parks;
? Identify and attract new tenants, present leasing solutions, and negotiate agreements;
? Work closely with the management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and build long-term partnerships;
? Analyze market trends to support strategic business decisions.
