Key Responsibilities

o Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
o Source and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
o Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and trends in the retail sector.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to understand their business needs and ensure satisfaction.
o Prepare regular leasing reports, including occupancy rates, and market analysis.
o Work closely with the operations, retail, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and tenant integration.
o Coordinate with the property management team to address operational requirements related to leasing.
o Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
o Oversee the preparation and review of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
