Let’s meet if you have these skills:

University degree in Law;
+ 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in commercial contracts revision, drafting, and negotiation;
Practical and broad experience in the dispute resolution practice;
The ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental;
Availability to travel;
The ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
Highly organized, analytical, task focused in a fast-moving environment;
Advantage: experience in retail or tech companies;
Fluency in English.

What you’ll have to do:

Provides legal advice to the commercial department and executive management team concerning the contracts for product purchasing, ranging from drafting, review and interpretation up to the follow up on all legal aspects of these contracts;
Offers support for a wide range of consumer protection issues like legal guaranty of conformity or commercial warranties, working closely with customer care representatives to settle escalated product claims and deliver on our commitment to delight our customers;
Advises on contentious matters (including court proceedings, dispute resolution, regulatory complaints or investigations) in the areas mentioned above;
Although the successful candidate will not be required to advise on competition behavioral issues, a competition law background would be useful;
Advises on litigation strategies, manages various requests regarding the execution or amendment of public supply contracts or in relation to public procurement procedures, drafts responses/letters to authorities, partners, clients on e-commerce, retail, public procurement issues, consumer protection issues or on other areas of interest;
Monitors and advises on debt recovery procedures and insolvency procedures;
Keeps a very good organization of case files;
Prepares written court materials, represents the Company before the courts of law or other authorities, and coordinates mediation and trial preparation, all to achieve desired results for the Company;
Analyzes domestic or European laws and regulations, revises internal guidelines/rules/regulations for various departments, applies, drafts or revises policy text (including related contract forms), Company practices, filings, all to comply with applicable legislation;
Develops and maintains detailed procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives;
Issues legal opinions on all legal matters of interest to the Company;
Ensures representation of the Company’s best interests by providing support in developing and maintaining effective relationships with partners, external law firms or regulatory bodies;
Provides legal support to all the other departments, including human resources, marketing, warehouse, corporate/public procurement department
