Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Document Management: Review, approve, and sign all legal documents related to the company’s operations.
• Representation and Defense: Represent the company’s interests and defend its legal rights before public authorities, private institutions, and any other legal or natural persons, both locally and internationally.
• Ongoing Legal Consultancy: Provide continuous legal advice and ensure that all teams are kept up-to-date with legislative changes and compliance requirements.

Key Duties and Activities:

• Legal Support & Advice: Provide legal assistance and advice to the company and its employees on a wide range of legal issues.
• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all legal clauses align with company interests and regulatory standards.
• Legal Document Review: Verify the accuracy and legality of all legal, administrative, and commercial documents.
• Legal Opinions: Offer legal opinions and guidance based on the company’s activities and future strategies.
• Legislative Updates: Maintain an up-to-date database of relevant legal information to ensure the company remains fully compliant with new laws and regulations.
• Representation in Legal Matters: Represent the company in legal proceedings, both domestic and international, in relation to authorities, courts, and arbitration.
• Debt Collection Management: Oversee the preparation and management of client debt files, representing the company in any related legal actions, including payment orders and court proceedings.
• Client Relations: Support contract negotiations with clients, ensuring all agreements are legally sound and beneficial for the company.
• Trade Register Liaison: Handle all dealings with the Trade Register, including preparing and submitting documentation for corporate updates (e.g., share transfers, registered office changes, adjustments to the Articles of Incorporation).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
