Main responsibilities:

• Checking the legal documents presented by the clients and other information delivered by the clients or online accessible information and databases (Listafirme, Risco and etc.) for analysis and deals offers and approvals;
• Review and Prepare legal documents, such as:

Contracts and additional agreementsPowers of attorney
Invitations for voluntary performance.
Terminations of contracts

• Letters to state authorities etc.
• Coordinate and manage outgoing legal correspondence (invitations, letters, terminated contracts register, BOs and etc.), ensuring timely and accurate communication with debtors, tracking statuses and payments;
• Conduct research on relevant legal regulations and provisions and Analyze contractual documents to identify potential risks
• Contacts with an external lawyer in Bucharest and a legal department of the company in Bulgaria; preparation of documents, coordination and initiation of court proceedings
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and company procedures and policies, requests and keeps evidence from the traders of the contracts, guarantees, archives and etc.;
• Actively seeks for system improvements ​
