Requirements

Higher technical or economic education;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position;

PC operating knowledge;

Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel);

Able to work under pressure;

Well organized and dedicated with a positive attitude;

English: intermediate level – written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accuracy of stocks of raw materials, components and finished products stored in logistics warehouses;

Controls and ensures compliance with internal material flows from receipt to delivery to the customer and the correct completion of the appropriate transactions in ERP (FCS and MII);

Implements and controls the process of supplying the production lines with raw material and packaging specific to the finished product;

Implements and controls alert systems for deliveries to customers and for the management of raw material and component stocks;

Responsible for conducting general and rotating inventories in the logistics warehouses he/she manages and for creating action plans generated by the differences resulting from this process;

Creates and controls standardized work for subordinate staff;

Ensures the implementation of the standard of excellence in the work of the warehouse for the receiving, storage and dispatch process;

Responsible for the maintenance of all specific equipment on hand;

Responsible for the daily and accurate filling of time sheets for his team members.
