Job Description

• Responsible for the operational activity in the goods reception and goods issue;
• Responsible for quality of the inputs in the SAP material database. (inventory stock records, good received and good issue, history, consumption of consignments and suplliers, minimum stock);
• Identifies and receives supplies, new and repaired spare parts in SAP, checks the delivery documents according with the order and their warranty;
• Identifies and recognizes spare parts in accordance with the order in the system, identifies the manufacturer, identifies the SAP code and their quantity;
• Operates and checks the optimal operation of the transport equipment, knows and respects regulations in force in the field of handling elevators between shelves, pallet trucks and forklifts;
• Responsible for unloading the goods and packages safely using the forklift or other handling equipment;
• Responsible for respecting the spare parts warehouse layouts and procedures;
• Responsible for the FIFO /FEFO principle application;
• Ensuring cleanliness, 5S, Quality, Environment Protection standards specific in the warehouse;
• Responsible for inventory management Involves proactive and is actively in finding alternative solutions to operational activities in order to improve workplace performance;
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and final results in my own area of responsibility while respecting organizational policies and other legal or company requirements and escalating any quality related deviations encountered.

Qualifications

• SAP knowledge;
• Microsoft Office knowledge;
• High-school studies;
• Previous experience in Logistic processes;
• Availability to work in 4 shifts;
• Valid forklift driving authorisation - ISCIR
