Main responsibilities:

• Create and retain a professional and motivated team
• Achievement of the Department’s KPI and permanent development actions
• Responsible for the Department’s budget creation and monitoring
• Ensure professional and results oriented collaboration with the other Departments, especially the other operational areas and the Purchasing & Logistics Department
• Sign for the reception of necessary spare parts and ensure their availability in time and according to maintenance plans
• Manage the functional relationship with the maintenance contractors/suppliers through the Purchasing Office
• Require from the Process/Technical Department improvements of the equipments’ specifications in order to raise their performance
• Ensure complete and in time feedback to the internal clients’ requirements
• Responsible for the organization of the DMB (Daily Management Board) meeting and for monitoring the afferent action plans
• Respect and apply the Company Quality Management System
