What we are expecting you to do
- Liaising with the Store Manager, monitoring sales plans and KPI targets
- Make comercial decisions that are right for the business, using all commercial tools available
- Constantly review productivity, challenging the planning, scheduling and zoning across the floors and where necessary seek improvements
- Responsible for all of the stores processes and ensure the team are aware and understand the importance of being legally compliant
- Directly involved in the selling process, acting as a role model for the team
