The purpose of the job role Line Manager Administration is to manage delivery of services efficiently with high quality, speed, and a customer service attitude, accessible anywhere, at any time, from any device – providing best-in-class multi-functional shared services – to enable one global Ericsson.
 
 

What you will do:

 
•    Manage a team of 16 people.
•    Create a productive work environment for staff.
•    Drive performance through management process.
•    Develop and drive management competence.
•    Conduct resource management.
•    Assure High Service Quality
•    Empower staff.
•    Collaborate in Virtual Global environment.

 
You will bring:

 
•    Education: MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience.
•    Experience in Support Service, APS and Sourcing area is needed.
•    Experience of shared services delivery.
•    Working with People
