What we need We’re looking for a  Manual QA with French  who shares the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and design. You’ll be working at the heart of top innovation projects for some of the most hyped industries at this moment. Together with our team , you’ll be helping us assume responsibility for various roles inside the team. What you’ll do Participate in building and maintaining the test repository for the scope associated with the tester, with the aim of ensuring its continuity; Coverage of the various stages of a testing project; Contribution to the acceptance strategy; Drafting of test specifications; Management of queries, inconsistencies and shortcomings detected when reading specifications, while ensuring that acceptance procedures run smoothly; Implementation or verification of the correct implementation of prerequisites for the defined scope of activity (at least installations, configurations, data sets); Organization of test campaigns in the test management tool; Execution of test campaigns, if necessary in collaboration with users;  Analysis and qualification of anomalies with development teams and validation of effective correction; Contribution to the preparation of test result reports; Compliance with test methodology (procedures/tools); Participation in the preparation of "user" documentation; Participation in NRT (Non Regression Tests) campaigns; Participation in the specification of an automation file; Participation in internal workshops aimed at improving the quality of our service. What will help you succeed Available for hybrid work (2 days/week at the office - Bucharest); In-depth knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies and tools; Proven experience in quality assurance in the financial industry and/or large organizations; Work experience and ability to work in Agile teams (ISTQB AGILE Certified Tester or equivalent); Test analysis and design (at least ISTQB Certified Tester); Very good knowledge of OpenText Quality Center; Good knowledge of Jira; Basic knowledge of GIT and Jenkins; Knowledge of Robot Framework is a plus; Basic knowledge of SQL; Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, Teams, especially Excel / VBA; Perfect command of French; Good working knowledge of technical English; Analytical skills; Ability to understand and explain change; Ability to anticipate business/strategic developments; Structured and rigorous work methodology.
