Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company goals and target audience ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀preferences. Search for development opportunities based on market and competitive analysis
• Provide insights for short and long-term business development
• Create, shape and enable for execution of pricing policy: adapt to global positioning, implement changes consequently to the moves of the competitors, inflation, shifts in market trends, etc., provide implementation control
• Manage country portfolio: determine and regularly revise efficient and competitive product must lists, enable flawless product launches
• Elaborate shopper activation strategies for product categories: create and bring to life executive guidelines to deliver ambitious targets in sales volume and profit margin
• Lead shopper demand and sales acceleration within the team: plan, coordinate and control trade-marketing activities across the sales channels
• Revise and lead the system of knowledge consolidation: tracking competitors activity (6P + communication).

Qualifications

• University or College degree (preferred Master's in marketing)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and trade marketing field with food producers (preferably at international companies)
• Understanding 6P fundamentals and commercial framework
• Advanced skills of Microsoft MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with large amounts of information / databases (eg Nielsen market data)
• Romanian Professional
