The Marketing Automation Specialist role participates in supporting business goals for clients, merchants, consumers throughout their whole lifecycle through Marketing Automation & Orchestration.

What you'll be doing:
· Implement and deliver using the marketing automation platforms the ad-hoc and planned emailing, push & in-app campaigns, CRM/CMS content.

· Create workflows, forms, landing pages in automation platforms to automate journeys or ad-hoc needs

· Ensure appropriate tagging and tracking of all elements applying standardized naming convention

· Perform daily management and maintenance of tools, databases and integrations. Proactively identify issues and provide resolutions (troubleshoot issues related to HTML templates, lists, flows, forms, and any aspects associated with marketing automation platforms and program execution).

· Structure and implement tests to drive continuous optimization of all elements (e.g., subject lines, creatives, copy, audience segments, triggers, etc.). · Perform regular data hygiene audits within Automation & Orchestration tools and take action according to their results

· Implement measures and processes to safeguard legal compliance and data protection (consumer databases and creative assets)

· Monitor health indicators, reporting & analysis of KPIs performance as underlying components of overall marketing and business objectives.

· Document processes, projects, architecture of local digital marketing ecosystem and data flows/sync related to Automation & Orchestration.
