We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our DARE Academy, candidate digital marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator takes on a key supporting role in the department, balancing creativity and important organizational tasks.

About You:
You have 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field.
You have at least 2 years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams.
You have a strong background in SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and social media.
You have advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
You are experienced in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
You are solution-oriented, positive-thinking, and thrive in a multidisciplinary collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Optimization: Manage and enhance SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and social media channels. Develop new strategies for increased reach.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with media buyers and content creators to boost lead volume and reduce costs.
Strategic Planning: Oversee TOFU planning and execution to ensure effective lead conversion.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and optimize performance using AI technologies.
Social Media: Manage social media strategies, monitor performance, and engage with the audience.
Content Creation: Guide the content team to create engaging content that supports marketing goals.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team,
Analytics, Reporting, and Research: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance.
