■ Implements and adapts on the Romanian market the strategy of communication, concept of marketing and projects started at LPP group level;
■ Manages, optimizes and capitalizes on the allocated budgets to marketing activities;
■ Manages and monitors the implementation of promotion campaigns on all media communications and ensures that all campaigns comply with deadlines and established budgets;
■ Plans, organizes launch events for new collections and promotes locally new stores opening;
■ Checks and reviews communication materials for online and physical stores;
■ Identifies the suppliers necessary for marketing and communication activities and manages the relations with them as well as with the existing partners and with the internal departments involved in the marketing campaigns;
■ Strengthening the relationship with the representatives of the shopping centers, media partners and influencers;
■ Analyzes the efficiency of all managed campaigns and prepares the reports;
■ Proposes and develops creative ideas to promote and communicate the public image of the LPP and its 5 brands in the portfolio (Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp, House);
■ Constantly monitors the sources of information (web pages and online press) and analyzes market trends and the actions of competitors in the offline and online environment;
■ Provides support in organizing various activities and internal and external events of the company;
■ Coordinates and organizes the activity of the Marketing department
and its subordinates
