Essential Skills and Experience Native or fluent in Russian (both spoken and written) and fluent in English (C1+ level). A degree in Marketing or a related field is highly advantageous. At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media , particularly with Facebook Ads and mobile social campaigns . Previous experience in Forex , Fintech , Financial Services , or Marketing Agencies . Proven track record of managing successful direct response social media campaigns . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and utilize reporting tools effectively. Proficient in Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer , Adjust , etc. Thorough technical knowledge of social media buying platforms, including Meta , TikTok , Twitter , Pinterest , Snapchat , and LinkedIn . Hands-on experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Skilled in reporting, tracking , and drawing insights from campaign data.
