Requirements


What you need to be successful

3-5 or 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, ideally within the tech or software development industry.

Fluent in German and English.

Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously.

Understanding of client pain points and a client-first approach to help build loyalty.

Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.


Responsibilities


What you’ll do

Develop engaging and relevant content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Your content will focus on educating and informing current clients and prospects, encouraging them to engage with our products or services.

Manage and Production of a library of up-to-date customer success stories and all projects use cases.

Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support the buyer’s journey. This includes creating brochures, case studies, and other collateral that helps convert leads into clients.

Collect and manage customer reviews and testimonials to help drive our marketing campaigns. Establish a client referral program, encouraging satisfied clients to recommend our services to other potential clients within their networks.

Regularly evaluate current clients online presence to identify services or products that could address evolving client needs.

Strategic Account Planning: Work with sales, pre-sales and key account managers to map out each client’s organization, identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders for deeper engagement.

Collaborate with key account managers to create growth strategies tailored to each major client, identifying short- and long-term goals that align with the client’s objectives.

Industry Trend Monitoring: Keep track of trends in the client’s industry and proactively offer new ideas or solutions to key accounts managers that could give them a competitive edge.

Identify and analyze competitors within your clients’ sectors to uncover potential areas for innovation or differentiation in our offerings.

Campaign Execution: research and buying persona definition, segmentation, support in lead generation efforts. Input for LinkedIn campaigns and segmentation, Google adds, LinkedIn adds, that build awareness and nurture prospects. Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals and generate interest among target audiences.

Integrate our customers in a newsletter process and social media activities for nurturing: check results on newsletter campaigns.

Conduct periodic check-ins with internal delivery teams to understand satisfaction, explore pain points of current customers and identify new opportunities you can promote through channels they follow.

Annual Customer satisfaction

Marketing Intelligence reports on current customers

Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.; joint initiatives and drive customers to be a referral for rinf.tech

Event Planning & Execution: Organize both virtual and physical events aimed at creating meaningful connections with prospects and key stakeholders. These events will be designed to foster long-term relationships and open opportunities for sales engagement.

Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools and CRM systems to track the success of marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven results.
