Responsibilities:

• Promoting the image of the business, trying to overcome the current state and creating new consumption habits;
  
• Emphasis on running campaigns that increase the current level of relationship between consumers and retailers;
  
• Trying to be permanently with consumers, to study and understand their habits, the repeated things that bring them satisfaction and pleasure at the time of shopping and the implementation of strategies to make them return;
  
• Market and competition study;
  
• Preparation of the marketing plan (establishment of strategies and objectives);
  
• Establishing fixed and realistic deadlines for the implementation of the campaigns to be carried out;
  
• Collaboration with advertising agencies and mass media in order to promote tenants and organized campaigns;
  
• Follow-up and management of the marketing budget;
  
• Participation in setting marketing and sales targets, finding optimal solutions to increase daily traffic;
  
• Maintaining a constant relationship with tenants (analyzing their opinion and taking feedback after each campaign or event);
  
• Preparation of marketing campaign plans;
  
• Managing rentable media, preparing opening packages and sending them to new tenants;
  
• Establishing and drawing up contracts for various events;
  
• Finding local suppliers (sound, animation, print, media) for a good implementation of the projects; their identification by reporting between the quality of services and price in order to optimize costs and increase revenues;
  
• Maintaining constant communication with online, social media and media agencies.
  

Requirements & Competencies:

• 
  
• Bachelor degree;
  
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in marketing and event management;
  
• Social media knowledge and strategy skills;
  
• Public Relations skills;
  
• English language – conversational level;
  
• Experience working with agency partners and external vendors;
  
• Familiarity with paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting;
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  
• Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and creativity are definitely a must;
